    Psychoeducation: I will teach you (and your child together in a session if you wish) all about BFRBs. Getting you to a place where you can understand, support, and advocate for your child, while also taking care of yourself.

    How To Support Without Shame: I will teach your family the specific tools on how to respond in a variety of settings.

    Family Sessions: Want to discuss strategies and a plan together with your child? We can do it in an age appropriate manner with me guiding you together.

    Navigation Options: Want to know the latest treatment options? Want to know where to bring your child for a BFRB friendly hair-salon, or what skin-care is best for healing wounds? I’ve got you!
